This top is exactly as pictured and true to size. I ordered a size small. It's perfect for everyday wear or dressed up with skinny jeans, statement boots & jewelery. Comfortable as well!!! It's is a basic t-shirt. Now that I've received it, I'm honestly very happy with it. It fits me nicely and is very soft. Its a bit summer-time thin, but not in a bad way. It is not tight in my shoulders as is sometimes the case for me and cap sleeves, so that is great.
For reference, 145lbs, 5'5" and I ordered a medium.

These tee shirts are so soft and comfy, I liked it so much, I ordered a second one after receiving the first. I ordered a large, which I normally wear. I'm 5'5'' 168lbs. The fabric is thin (in a good for summer way) and stretchy, and it fit very snug to my body. I decided to keep it, since I will be wearing it under a jumpsuit and it will be mostly covered. I ordered a large the second time around in a different color. It is not big, by any means, but has enough room to hang perfectly, and my bra lines aren't showing. The fabric drapes wonderfully.
